The Tejon Ranch earthquake caused some damage to circuit breakers at the
A.D. Edmonston Pumping Plant on the California Aqueduct, causing the
aqueduct to be temporarily shut down. Otherwise, damage was slight,
though the quake was felt across much of southern and central
California.
